As a recent graduate, you can join us in a variety of fields, where we offer mentoring and complex professional tasks, whether in software or hardware development, testing, systems integration or interesting areas such as safety or cybersecurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Junior Engineering Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Launched in 2019, the Junior Engineering Programme aims to provide a bridge between academia and industry for young professionals. Experienced team leaders and our dynamic mentoring team help newcomers integrate into the company culture and guide them through our software engineering training. In designing the training, we've taken into account that many of our newcomers will be moving from the university bench to our first exposure to the corporate culture and automotive development processes, so we provide each newcomer with a dedicated mentor who they can feel free to ask questions of and discuss their new learning with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe it's important to get new engineers and trainees into the company's bloodstream as soon as possible, so after the training, they can join one of our teams and take part in the same development projects as the rest of the department. We currently have thirty participants in our programme, but we are always looking for enthusiastic newcomers and trainees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its establishment, thyssenkrupp Components Technology Hungary Kft. has had an excellent relationship with university students, as the history of our company began with three university students in a laboratory at the University of Technology. Many of our employees, managers and department heads started working for us as students. We are still present in the academic world today, with lectures and presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the higher education institutions, our main partners are the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, to which we are linked in several ways (e.g. cooperation agreements, regular visits to its events, support for the Formula Student project), and the University of \u00d3buda. We also have good relations with a number of other domestic technical and scientific universities. In addition, we are regular participants in university job fairs and conferences (e.g. Simonyi Conference) and organise an annual professional open day where students can gain insight into the life of our competence centre and the development work that takes place here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cWriting your thesis here allows you to work with advanced technologies, moreover with techniques that are still experimental. I was also recommended a thesis topic on the subject of thermal identification and modelling, which was so interesting and challenging that I was \u2018envied\u2019 even by the full-time employees. As my work progressed and began to gain definition, they offered me to stay. I was convinced by how interesting the work was, and how open and friendly everyone was, so I stayed on with thyssenkrupp as a Development Engineer.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cI work as a Systems Safety Engineer, having been presented with a straightforward career path from my half-year stint as an intern. I believe that thyssenkrupp\u2019s intern program is an excellent professional opportunity, as it allows you to work on real industrial problems. Writing your thesis here also provides you with a great opportunity to work with modern, real-life problems for the half to one-year duration. I myself also learned about many new procedures and techniques required for the development and testing of a safety-critical system, and I was also able to see what was it like to work with the major international players in automotive technologies.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cI started here a year ago, doing my independent laboratory work for my BSc, continued with my thesis project, and I am currently working here on the independent laboratory work for my MSc. As a student, I found working at thyssenkrupp to be a very attractive proposition not only because it enabled me to harmonize my university tasks with my work, but also because I was allowed to set my own work schedule, which was a huge help with my studies. When I arrived here, my programming skills were not very extensive, but I have since learned the Java programming language and some of its different, specific areas. I have also gained a number of more general skills which I believe will be to my advantage when seeking employment. In addition, I can work with an excellent team here.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
